Now that you have discovered The Emotion Code and Body Code and are quite possibly a certified practitioner, here are some ideas to round out your health, to make sure you are as healthy as humanly possible.
Eat your fruits, veggies (or juice them), nuts, legumes, and whole foods.
Sweat daily and release nasty toxins. Even if it’s only a 10 minute exercise, do your best to sweat.
Yoga, build muscle and find your inner chi all while stretching your muscles out for a relaxed you.
Meditate! Meditation can help soothe your emotions and relax your entire body and find your inner self.
Drink water, and lots of it. Make sure it is not tap water and free of all chemicals, using an under-sink water purifying system is an affordable and healthy option, especially the kind that put minerals back into your water.
Massage, even a little daily massage will do wonders, if you don’t have enough time for a full massage try concentrating on one area of your body a day.
What do you do to stay healthy on a daily basis? Please us a comment.
This is a great list, and all of these things I try to do daily or near daily. The only thing I can add to this list is to cultivate an attitude of forgiveness and gratitude. This will help properly process emotions in the first place, and keep them from becoming trapped. It also puts your mind into a place of possibilities – instead of limitations.
Thanks Pat and Harry, for your comments. I have been feeling that the water I have persued for years is not up to par. I will be using a Seychelle water filtration system and it provides what Pat was talking about. I love water but it certainly can make a difference, depending on what your source is.—
On the topic of water, reverse osmosis and many other types of water purification systems may not be as healthy for the body as was once thought. These types of purification systems mostly make the water into a “hypotonic solution” that is more acidic than alkaline for the physical body.
I prefer using a gravity fed purifier system which has additional filters which can be added for arsenic and fluoride removal. The brand I use is called the “Berkey” which comes in a variety of sizes. I like this one most especially because if there is a disaster, I can use my Berkey to purify either potable water from my sink or non-potable water, such as a river, pond, collected rain water, etc.

I love my Berkey! I hope to save about $1,400.00 this year alone, from not having to buy expensive bottled water. And the best part is that My Berkey water is Fluoride free!
Anyway, I wanted to mention this and share with all my EC and BC friends.
Warmly,
Patricia Kennedy
Thanks, Patricia.
I have been considering a Berkey filter for some time…In the past year, I changed out my Jupiter Alkalizing filter system for a reverse osmosis filter with an added Calcium filter added to the 4 stages to give the output a more alkaline ph level. I also drink at least 24 ounces of Wayback water each day, which has been re-engineered to make the molecules of water smaller so they may pass through the aqua-porin filter ports of our cell tissues easier to help detox and replenish the oxygen content inside our cells as needed. Thanks for your information on the Berkey!
