This should receive TEN out of five stars!!!! Seriously, I am really enthusiastic about this. I have used it on myself with wonderful results and I have already put this information to work in my practice and seen further phenomenal results with my reiki clients. This should be required reading for all energy and other CAM practioners, but is also easy enough to read and understand clearly for people who aren’t in the healing arts profession. (Jessi)
I was a bit cautious going into it because last September I had read a book recommended by my mother called Remembering Wholeness that felt really “off” to me in a lot of ways. I knew this book was based on some similar ideas… energy within the body and working with that energy to improve life. Based on my negative experience with the other book, I borrowed this before I would commit to a purchase. I was about 50 pages into it when I ordered two copies: one for me and one for my mom. (Lisa)
I actually am listening to this book on audio. I also have the book on my computer as an Ebook. I am really enjoying it. As of my writing of this review, I am on Chapter 4 of the book. It is similar to The Healing Codes which I just read and loved. It’s about trapped emotions and how they affect your health, your relationships and your success mechanism. Very engrossing information and stories throughout the book. I highly recommend it. (Dale)
This is the first book I have read that explains how muscle testing works and why. It also teaches people how to release emotions they may have trapped. It is easy to do and powerful. (Sheridan)
The information and techniques in this book are great. I’d give the information 5 stars, but the writing and editing are awful. It’s still very cool and worth reading. It seems a little out there, but it works! Amazing! (Bonnie)
Alice is pretty excited about this book. Joseph and Kristen have read it and have magnets. I’m not sure what to think. I’m not sure why I rated it 4 instead of 5. I think I need more knowledge to make a better assessment. (Ernie)
Ok let me start by saying if you thought “The Secret” was bogus…you’re not going to get this book either.
This “Emotion Code” was actually something my therapist used with me in my session I just didn’t know it at the time. Now I know how to use it for myself…I was almost unconvinced until I started reading and realized one of the “actual” stories was a friend my sister grew up with. One of her twin boys died and the other twin struggle immensly with the loss and with the illness that took one of the two of them…the emotion code changed his life. (Mandy)
This is a potentially life-changing book about a life-altering concept. Before starting the book I had a couple of personal experiences with the emotion code, which I wrote about on my kitchen blog last week (see http://katrinaskitchen35.blogspot.com…). (Katrina)
