The NYDailynews.com reports “It’s not just about getting physical activity in your life. Just because you’re doing 30 minutes of physical activity, what about the other 23.5 hours,” Katzmarzyk told Bloomberg via telephone.
Bloomberg also reports: “Sitting may increase your risk of Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, potentially shaving two years from your lifespan.”
