How did you find out about The Emotion Code and The Body Code?
I first came across the book in my local Yoga studio. After diving in, I became fascinated and started playing around with The Emotion Code. I was hooked after seeing some results and decided to get certified so I could incorporate The Emotion Code into my coaching practice and support my clients in getting better results by releasing their blocks!
How do you think these healing methods compare to other energy healing modalities?
Simply put…The Emotion Code is quick, simple and effective! I haven’t found any other modality that is as easy to use and gets the results! And I love that it encourages the connection to your body’s own infinite wisdom.
What advice would you give to those that are new to either The Emotion Code or The Body Code?
Practice your muscle testing on things that don’t have an emotional charge so you can get comfortable with the results. For example, I often use muscle testing to help me determine which essential oil I need that day, how much water to drink and whether my body needs a particular fruit or vegetable in my morning smoothie. When you start with things like this, you gain the confidence in the results so you can move on to bigger things like money blocks, relationship blocks, etc.
What differences do you see between our healing methods and the westernized medical/drug industry?
With The Emotion Code or The Body Code you’re treating the root cause and not just the problem that’s presenting itself at the moment. And you’re not throwing drugs at the problem that could address the symptom but mask a bigger issue that can reappear or even worsen.
Do you have a healing story that you could tell us about?
Many…but I’ll share two: One of my clients was having a lot of blocks in her career–seemed to always sabotage herself and was never getting ahead as a result. After 2 Emotion Code sessions, we were able to clear a Heart-Wall that presented itself and her work environment shifted dramatically! She was no longer “triggered” by her boss and was able to communicate more effectively. Within 3 months she was promoted and has a new boss that she absolutely loves and is working toward her NEXT promotion! My second favorite story actually involves a black lab pup that my neighbor rescued. The pup was very timid and scared, particularly of men. We did some Emotion Code work and the very next day could see the shift. The pup has turned into a loving, social pooch and no longer cowers away from men. She’s still hesitant around strangers at first but doesn’t hold the same fear she once had. I LOVE to work with animals as they don’t have the ability to be jaded about the process and the results are quickly obvious!

How do you see this work impacting the future of healthcare?
If more people could use The Emotion Code and The Body Code we wouldn’t have such a concern about rising health costs (particularly in the United States) problems could be addressed quickly before they fester and cause long-term damage.
