The Emotion Code gave me my life back. I have suffered from anxiety most of my life. It had gotten to the point of being very debilitating. I started doing The Emotion Code. I felt a little better, but still had panic and anxiety attacks. After several sessions and after releasing Trapped Emotions of Panic multiple times, my anxiety started to go away. It was a gradual process. One day it hit me that I haven’t had any anxiety attacks in awhile. I was also able to forgive some people that I have been holding onto some resentment for a long time.
I occasionally have anxiety, but it is very controllable with another Emotion Code session.
