Muscle testing allowed me to get an email account back. After a very trying period in my life, I had forgotten the password to an email account I’d used for my business. I tried to renew it but the identity confirmation methods that the email service provider offered were to send a code to a mobile phone number that I didn’t have anymore, or provide the month and year of creation of that account. Now this is the type of information that I never remember and I had created that account many years ago.

Over the course of a few months I tried again and again to guess my password, each time stopping when the warning appeared that I would be blocked from trying again. I was pretty desperate and didn’t know what to do. I tried to find a way to contact the email provider to confirm my identity and prove that I was acting in good faith, but there was no way.
I was almost ready to give up on that email account, but I still wanted to get it back.

The idea came to me to try muscle testing. It seemed a long shot in my opinion but ‘why not’ at this point? So I muscle tested for the month and the year that I’d created the account, without reasoning or questioning the results. Then I clicked on Send, almost cringing at the expected failure…Surprisingly to my unbelieving eyes, I got access! I had success at the first try, after months of worrying and assorted bad feelings.

I was reminded of this event by a story I read online of someone who had lost access to his bitcoin account and who made desperate and complicated maneuvers to get back in. When in reality, all we have to do is trust the memory that knows all: our subconscious mind.

Wishing everyone the best.
