Every day before you get out of bed do a mini-session on yourself by releasing 2 to 3 emotions and see how your day goes. When you are ready to go to sleep do it again, it won’t take a lot of your time and will do wonders for your life!

im guessing a good question would be “Can I release any trapped emotions I picked up today (or recently)?”
I heard in an interview that we probably pick up 1 trapped emotion each day – 365 a year, so this seems like a great idea!

This is good advice. Lately, I have been using the magnet on and off to release ‘feelings’ during the day for when I don’t have the time to resolve all the emotions yet from an issue. Like, when I don’t want to do something, go to work, about to eat junk food or sweets, upset about something etc.

If I am not too tired I always do the session on myself before I go to bed. I love doing that because in the morning when I get up I would feel much better and ready to start a new day.
