As an app, it is extremely well designed, clear, easy to use. It also gives really clear instructions on how to use the Body Code as you go along, so it’s really accessible. Recent improvements allowing us to remain logged in an to be able to use the Body Code without an internet connection make it a strong 5 stars!!
