Refunds on ticket fee are offered until one month prior to the event, after that no refunds on ticket purchase will be given. However, if there is an extreme case preventing the attendee from coming, the ticket price will be extended as credit that can be used for a future Discover Healing event or our products or services. These exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis by the Orders Department. Travel and accommodation expenses are always paid for by the customer and are made at their own risk. When Discover Healing cancels an event, the ticket price for our event will be refunded to those who have registered. No reimbursements on travel, accommodation or any other expenses will not be paid to the customer. The event ticket price is the only expense that will be refunded to anyone who registers for our events.
