Josh approaches healing through the lens that symptoms arise when systems lose balance, not because people are broken. He helps individuals make sense of long-standing symptoms, emotional patterns, and internal conflicts by understanding the whole person, not just isolated parts. His work focuses on restoring clarity, safety, and balance across emotions, beliefs, and the body.
Josh is a core contributor to Discover Healing’s practitioner education. He co-created the Belief Code, designed the certification programs, and serves as a live event and Practitioner Education Program instructor, supporting practitioners in developing depth, context, and practical skill.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science and brings years of experience in nutrition, fitness, and coaching to his work.
