Healing best comments of the week

These look great. I’ve been wanting to go grain-free for some time and have been reducing my use of them, but this makes it so much easier. Now I can learn the substitute products to help. Thank you for your diligence in finding such interesting recipes. – Carol Haimbaugh

I loved this clip! I could so relate to the dubious and scary notion of taking baby steps during my certification process for The Body Code. I had an overwhelming desire to do more than enough case studies, to motivate and assure clients, to write measurable goals for myself, to create a viable business and, and, and . . Finally, I realized there’s a timing to all of this. I learned (and am learning) many valuable lessons to calm the inner chatter, to release the guilt of not “getting it all done” and to value everything I am doing . . . just for today. To be present in the moment, to have love and gratitude for myself, God and others and to remember to take those baby steps one day at a time. – Rose-Marie Morro

Patience and Practice. I’m working on The Body Code Certification at this point and became a bit overwhelmed initially by the amount of information to learn. I decided to take it slow and give myself a December deadline (plenty of time, since I travel a lot and still own a business). I also took the equation of money off the table and decided to do everything for free for the first year, although I am a CECP. Wow, what a difference this made. First of all, it made it easier for people to take that first scary step to seek therapy from a modality of which they knew very little…my friends started recommending me and folks started pouring in and that is ultimately what I wanted; clients to work on. (practice, practice). These are folks who will be my volunteers once I start the case work and ultimately clients. – Linda CECP
