Are you committed to living your best life?
Before you answer that question, take a moment and think about this:
Are you taking the ACTIONS necessary to improve your health, your happiness and your relationships?
Or are you only doing what’s convenient?
When you’re feeling depressed or blocked in some way, are you actively looking for the underlying causes and removing them? Or are you just thinking about how frustrated you are?
This may be a hard truth, but if you’re not actively working toward your goals, you’re letting life happen to you, and not the other way around.
Take a little time today and meditate on the things you really want to experience in life, and then make the commitment to yourself to take the necessary actions to get what you want. These actions might be using The Body Code and The Emotion Code to get clear of your blockages- I know from personal experience that this is absolutely huge!
No matter where you’re at and where you’ve come from, you are a powerful and capable human being. I know you can achieve the life of your dreams, you just need to be committed and willing to do what is necessary!
