“I have a Heart-Wall® that is the slow releasing kind. I’ve released quite a few emotions from it and noticed that I’m not so overwhelmed at the thought of starting projects I need to complete. I never really thought of myself as an anxious person, but in the past when I thought about everything I needed to do, I wouldn’t know where to start so I wouldn’t. I just thought I was a major procrastinator. Now I believe my undiagnosed OCD is a coping mechanism for the anxiety I would feel upon undertaking such projects. This has changed the way I look at things. I am able to break down projects into smaller tasks that aren’t so overwhelming, and I’ve found motivation that has been lacking in the past.
