How much time you spend dwelling on your past mistakes and regrets? How much time do you spend worrying about the future? Do you realize that most people spend more time in the past or in the future than they do in their present? They allow their past mistakes, or their anxiety about future problems that may never even occur, but they allow themselves to be robbed of their present moments. If you find yourself in this situation, ask your subconscious mind if there is a Trapped Emotion that is pulling your thoughts towards the past or the future, and you will most likely find more than one. Releasing those energies can go a long way toward helping you to be able to live in the moment. Being present is the key to having joy. I believe that joy is the purpose of our lives, but joy can only be experienced in the present moment!
