“What is the Emotion Code and how is it connected to the Bode Code?” I get asked this question quite a lot, so much so I felt inspired to write about it.
The Emotion Code and the Body Code are both based on the fact that everything is energy, including our emotions. The Emotion Code can be used on it’s own, as 95% of many issues, emotional or physical, are a result of Trapped Emotions. The Body Code encompasses The Emotion Code and much more. The Emotion Code, the book of the same name by Dr Bradley Nelson, is a chart made up of 60 emotions. As we go through life, we experience emotions and sometimes these emotions can get stuck in our tissues or organs or any where in our body. This then results in the tissues or organs taking on the vibration or frequency of the trapped emotion, which can show up as pain or some other physical issue.
The Body Code system is made up of 6 different areas:
Energies (which is where the Emotion Code comes in)
Circuitry (including organs, glands, chakras and meridians, that create the circuits in our body)
Structural (bones, muscles, nerves and so on)
In both the Emotion Code and the Body Code, it is possible to identify which energy needs to be released in order to bring the body back to balance.
How is the emotion or energy released to allow the tissue or organ to come back to it’s “normal” frequency in both the Emotion Code and the Body Code?
First, it’s important to understand about the roles played by the subconscious mind and the conscious mind. The subconscious mind makes up 93% of our mind and holds information, almost like a storage box. It controls your heart rate, how your food is digested and also what emotions are trapped and when they were trapped. The conscious mind is what we use to help us with moment to moment decisions and thoughts, the interesting thing is that the subconscious mind is like a silent tape that influences the conscious mind in many ways, kind of like filters through which the conscious mind can see and feel the world through.
This is how it is possible to then release the energies, in both the Emotion Code and the Body Code. By being able to access the subconscious mind using muscle testing or kinesiology we can identify what these filters are and release them so we can “see, feel, and be present” in the world from a place where we have no filters, and can come from that space of connection with all things, and our Earth. It is from this space that we are in harmony with our cells and our environment, and how can it get better then that?

Note: If you would like to become a certified practitioner, you have to be certified in the Emotion Code first, and then the Body Code system. By reading the book, The Emotion Code, you can learn how to use this system on yourself and your friends and family, it is a wonderful tool to have.
