How did you find out about The Emotion Code and how long have you been practicing?
My sister learned about The Emotion Code from a friend and told me about it. I was having a rough week at the time. At first, I was reluctant, but listened to what she had to say. I started reading the book and learning how to muscle test. It gradually helped me in numerous ways from helping me to move past hurt feelings to getting rid of my anxiety. I became certified as an Emotion Code practitioner in September of 2012 and a Body Code practitioner in April of 2013. I’ve been practicing for 1 year and I’ve seen amazing results with myself and many others.

How do you think The Emotion Code compares to other energy healing modalities?
The Emotion Code is one of the simplest ways to release emotional baggage that brings us down physically, emotionally, and mentally. TEC and TBC help to find the “why” of symptoms, and release what is causing symptoms, balancing the body as a result. Other energy healing modalities are great too because one modality may help a person more than another. I feel its important to be open to other energy healing modalities to allow for the greatest healing.

What advice would you give to those that are new to practicing The Emotion Code?
There are always going to be people who are open to this approach to healing, and people who will not be. Do not let them discourage you. Focus on those who are open the TEC and TBC. Believe in yourself. Believe that YOU can make the difference in someone’s life and believe that you can muscle test accurately. Never stop learning. This work is amazing.

What are the differences between The Emotion Code and the westernized medical/drug industry?
The Emotion Code and Body Code find the root causes of symptoms that a person is struggling with. Have you met someone who has had test after test with no results. The TEC/TBC can help to release the underlying causes and balance the body to allow it to heal. There is a time and place for westernized medicine. Westernized medicine and the drug industries often mask the symptoms with medications and procedures, which can cause other medical problems.

Do you have a healing story using The Emotion Code that you could tell us about?
There is one client who has been in a couple car accidents. She had been having sharp pains in her mid-back and hip area. She also has had a limited range of motion with her hips. Before the session, she went to a physical therapy session and was not able to move her leg separate from her hip or back. We did a TBC session for her. In it, we corrected structural imbalances and released emotional imbalances. She did not have the sharp pain in her mid-back and her range-of-motion in her hip had increased dramatically after the session. She said she was able to move her hip and back separately from her leg in the next physical therapy session, “a 50% improvement”!

If you could tell the world about The Emotion Code in one sentence, what would it be?
The healing possibilities with The Emotion Code and Body Code are endless because they find the root causes of almost any symptom, allowing your body to be in a happier state.

Where do you see the future of energy medicine headed?
I see energy medicine working with westernized medicine to help patients find more effective healing. Doctors and nurses will recognize energy medicine as something with substance and will be more open to it. I would love to combine physical therapy with Energy medicine. I’ve met patients who have gone to physical therapy for months without results. How much could the TBC/TEC help them combined with the right exercises? I believe this will have more impact on treatments and determining the needs of patients.
