Using technology is a benefit of our modern society, but many of us have become reliant upon it for our happiness. It’s important to spend time without technology, some ideas may be a nice walk, hike, swim, yoga, or reading a good book (not on your e-reader). I bet you can think of something you would rather be doing right now other than being on your computer reading this Tip. Am I right?
You may know, or even have friends or family members addicted to their iPad, iPhone, or computer. Why not work on them with The Emotion Code or Body Code to free them of their addiction and see if their quality of life improves.
Please share more info about how to work on addiction. I’ve skimmed this website but didn’t find much about working on addictions.
