If you have never tried Yoga, then what are you waiting for? The benefits are too many to list, but some of the things I love about Yoga include the amazing feeling you have afterwards when your mind is at peace and your muscles feel so relaxed. Yoga is great for weight loss, toning your muscles and becoming flexible. What’s more is that it accomplishes all of this while connecting to your inner self. Yoga also complements energy healing and is the perfect way to begin and end your day.
For a true experience try out Bikram Yoga, or hot Yoga as some like to call it. If you go to a class be ready to sweat!

1. do 45 minutes of Yoga.
2. do an Emotion Code or Body Code session!
