If you’re just starting out in the world of energy healing, you might wonder how it can fit into your day-to-day life. Energy healing isn’t just for big issues or major life crises. It’s a tool that can be used to support your mind, body, and spirit through everyday moments too. The list below just scratches the surface of the many, many ways you can use the Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and Belief Code® in your daily life. We hope it helps you picture a future where you are empowered to help yourself with these powerful yet simple methods!

Address issues in your relationships:

Connecting with the people in our lives isn’t always easy, and tensions or conflicts can arise. However, trapped emotions or energetic imbalances from past problems may be magnifying those feelings. Read the list below for some inspiration and prompts to help you begin clearing the energy standing between you and your best relationships

1. When you need to have a difficult conversation with a partner, friend, or loved one, the tension you might feel could be magnified by trapped energy from past conflicts. Test to see if there’s anything associated that you can release.

2. A recurring argument pattern often has the same trigger. Muscle test to see if you can release anything associated with that trigger. Then, see if the conversation goes differently next time!

3. If you struggle to feel love and connection, a Heart Wall could be the culprit. See if you can start releasing your Heart Wall (these often take a few sessions).

4. Guilt after setting a boundary with family is common, even when the boundary was needed. Clear it, and see if it’s a little easier to stand by your choice.

5. Emotional residue after a breakup can linger long after it ends. Release it, and open space for what’s next.

Support better sleep and deeper rest:

When you’re lying awake at night, trapped emotions and energetic imbalances could be quietly interfering with your ability to rest. Read the list below for some moments when it might help to clear energy associated with sleep issues.

6. If racing thoughts keep you from falling asleep, do a quick check-in before your head hits the pillow. Release what you can, and see if your thoughts settle enough to drift off with ease.

7. Nightmares or recurring bad dreams can be more than just dreams; they could be associated with past experiences. Test to see if any trapped emotions are causing these dreams, then see if your nights feel more peaceful.

8. Waking up in the middle of the night with tension in your body could point toward trapped energetic imbalances. Release what’s contributing, and see if you’re able to sleep more soundly through the night.

9. Sunday-night scaries have a way of creeping in right when you’re trying to relax. Ask what you can release to help you feel more positive about the week ahead.

Energy healing for parents and children:

Watching your child struggle can be just as hard on you as it is on them. Trapped emotions, energetic imbalances, or negative belief systems can play a role in these moments. Here are some moments when you might turn to emotional healing to clear the energy behind these everyday parenting moments!

10. First-day-of-school jitters are common, but trapped emotions can make them bigger than they need to be. Release your child’s fears the night before for a calmer drop-off.

11. Toddler tantrums often leave built-up emotional residue behind. Clear that buildup afterward, and see if future meltdowns feel less intense.

12. Social anxiety before a big event can weigh heavily on a teen. Release what’s contributing beforehand, and help them show up feeling more like themselves.

13. Fear of the dark can be rooted in more than imagination. Ask if you can release anything that’s contributing to it, and see if bedtime feels less scary.

Release the root of physical aches:

So much of what we carry physically is connected to what we’re carrying emotionally. Read on for ideas to help you begin clearing the energy behind these everyday aches and patterns!

14. Tension headaches often point to more going on beneath the surface. Check for imbalances contributing to the tightness, and release what you find for some relief.

15. Low back discomfort is a common modern complaint, but it could be due to more than your posture. Ask if you can clear any energetic imbalance tied to it, and see if some of that stiffness starts to ease.

16. Jaw clenching or TMJ can be a physical sign of held tension. Release what’s contributing, and notice if your jaw feels less tight.

17. Shallow breathing often reflects held tension. Clear what’s contributing, and see if your breath comes a little easier.

18. Clenched shoulders after a long day are a common place to hold tension. Muscle test to determine if there’s any associated emotion behind it. Perhaps your shoulders will feel a little more relaxed!

Release blocks to self-confidence:

The way we see ourselves can be shaped by many things. Negative belief systems, long-held emotions, or a Heart Wall could be impacting your self-worth.

19. Self-criticism is a pattern worth interrupting. Ask if you can clear any associated emotions. Then, notice if you can meet yourself with more kindness, understanding, and love.

20. Struggling to believe you’re worthy of love just as you are? That disconnect can sometimes be traced back to a Heart Wall formed to protect you from past hurt. Clear a layer, and see if it’s easier to accept love, including your own!

21. Body image when trying on clothes for a big event can make a simple task quite stressful. Release what’s contributing, and you may find it easier.

22. Shame tied to a past mistake that resurfaces can be released, instead of relived over and over. Clear stuck energy left from the memory, and let yourself move forward.

32. After a loss or a painful ending, it’s common to build up protection around the heart without realizing it. Test to see if a Heart Wall has formed since then, and release what’s ready to come down.

Address issues in your professional life:

So much of how we show up at work is shaped by what’s happening beneath the surface. Trapped emotions, energetic imbalances, or negative beliefs can quietly influence your confidence and focus in your career.

33. Before an interview or a big presentation at work, you might experience imposter syndrome. Perform a quick check on yourself, and release anything you can that’s contributing to this feeling.

Support positive habits:

If there’s a pattern that shows up again and again, whether it’s a habit we can’t shake or a routine that always feels stressful, energy work can help us escape that rut! Trapped emotions, energetic imbalances, or negative belief systems can keep these cycles going without us realizing why.

38. Procrastination can be a frustrating habit. See if you can release anything associated with this pattern of behavior, and perhaps it will become easier to get started.

39. Chronic lateness can be more than a scheduling issue. Clear the pattern behind it, and see if time becomes easier to manage.

40. The urge behind emotional eating is often tied to something deeper than hunger. Ask if there’s an imbalance, belief, or emotion contributing.

41. If you keep skipping workouts you actually enjoy, that resistance might be more than low motivation. See if there’s something you can clear that will make it easier to show up for yourself.

42. Overwhelm before hosting guests is common, even when you’re excited to have visitors. Release it, and welcome your guests with more ease.

45. Tension in a newly adopted rescue animal often reflects their past experiences. Ask if there’s anything you can release from their subconscious that will help them feel more at home.

46. After a move, pets often experience stress during that period of adjustment. Release anything that you can that’s keeping them from settling into the new space.
