The journey that led to the creation of my business, MpowerUWellness, was born from a deep personal transformation. For many years, I walked a different path, building a career in biochemistry. It was a rewarding and intellectually stimulating journey, but as life unfolded, I encountered challenges that would ultimately change my course.

After the birth of my child, I faced significant physical and mental health challenges. These struggles pushed me to seek alternative methods of healing, which led me to discover the world of energy work, particularly The Emotion Code®️ and The Body Code™️. As I began to heal myself using these powerful tools, I felt a profound shift within me—an awakening of sorts. I realized that the key to my well-being lay not only in the physical realm but also in the emotional and energetic layers of my being.

Empowered by this newfound knowledge, I knew I had found my true calling. I decided to pivot from my established career in biochemistry and fully embrace the world of holistic healing. The decision was not easy, but it was one of the most fulfilling choices I have ever made. Helping others heal, find balance, and reclaim their lives has become my life’s purpose.

Through MpowerUWellness, I offer more than just energy work—I offer a pathway to self-discovery and empowerment. I work with clients to release trapped emotions, clear old belief patterns, realign physical misalignments energetically, and restore harmony within. There was a time in my life when pain silently guided my every step. I carried invisible wounds, buried emotions, limiting beliefs, and patterns I couldn’t understand or break. No matter how much I tried to move forward, something inside me longed for freedom… it longed to heal.

I struggled my whole life looking for “my purpose”. I jumped from job to job, country to country, had different businesses, studied different things, but I never felt like I could find what gave me fulfillment, and I felt passionate about enough to make me want to jump out of bed every morning with excitement and purpose. I found The Emotion Code book in January 2024, and started practicing on myself. I had done a lot of personal development work in the previous years, and I knew I wanted to help people in some way, but none of the modalities or things I ever tried felt like “it” to me. I practiced the Emotion Code on myself while on holiday for 2 weeks, and I noticed I felt better than I had in years. I continued to work on myself and got certified. I mostly did this to help myself. A few months later, I did the Body Code and Belief Code certifications. Still, as I did all these, it was mostly to help myself. But after I finished the Belief Code certification, my life was completely unrecognisable from that of just 11 months ago when I found The Emotion Code book. That was when I knew I wanted to use this work to help others. In January, I vowed to make this business happen this year. In February, I quit my job, and my business started gaining traction. Now, as I write this in August, I have over 100 clients around the world, most of whom have regular sessions, some of whom I now work with their entire family! My practice took off this year, and my life is the best it’s ever been! My healing journey began 29 years ago with wellness, nutrition, and muscle testing. But eight years ago, everything shifted in a way I never expected when I discovered the Emotion Code™ and Body Code™. That’s when I truly found my soul purpose. Looking back, I see how everything aligned perfectly through my certifications from Discover Healing in Emotion Code™,  Body Code™, and in October 2023 in the Belief Code™. These certifications led to a deeply divine blend of intuition, energy, and healing practices. I work with clients all over the world, offering deep, lasting transformation in the comfort of their homes. I have literally been living life in the midst of miracles for eight years now.

Global Heart Healing was the natural next step. I gathered my soul circle of heart-led healing practitioners, friends, and collaborators to support this heart-led mission. These special healers bring multiple languages and various healing modalities for the benefit of the global heart. We recently celebrated five years of Global Heart Healing, where we continue to hold space for others to release, reconnect, and remember who they truly are. 

I’m honored and deeply grateful to share this sacred work. It led me to my true mission and to the mission of Global Heart Healing: Awaken the Heart’s Consciousness, and Radiate Healing Love and Light all around the World.

It all began in 2016 – during a deep relationship crisis. I felt misunderstood, emotionally lost, and had no idea how to move forward. 

At the same time, I sensed clearly that something within me wanted to change. 

During this difficult phase, a dear colleague told me about The Emotion Code, by Dr. Bradley Nelson – and the concept of releasing the Heart-Wall.

Something inside me instantly knew: This is the key. And indeed, the first experiences I had with the Emotion Code were so profound that my life began to shift, step by step. I felt lighter, clearer, freer – and most importantly, empowered to help myself.

It quickly became clear to me: I wanted to go deeper. So, I completed my certification as an Emotion Code Practitioner. This was followed by the Body Code, the T3 certification, and finally the Belief Code.

This journey didn’t just transform my relationship – it also opened up an entirely new professional path. 

Today, I am wholeheartedly self-employed with the Emotion Code and have the joy and privilege of supporting many wonderful people on their journeys.

Because growing and practicing together is so important to me, I founded a group called Gefühls-Praktika. We meet regularly to practice with the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, share experiences, and support one another.

I am deeply grateful that this powerful healing tool found its way into my life. It fills me with joy to support others in releasing emotional burdens and stepping back into their strength.

When I work with clients, I incorporate Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code into their sessions because there is usually a need for all three when dealing with people’s physical and emotional conditions. What I love about doing this work is when clients realize their conditions have connections to different periods in their lives and that, over time, trapped emotions have begun to cause physical manifestation in the body. Most of them have never thought about how many of their issues are due to emotions and trauma stuck in the body – not to mention all the inherited emotions, trauma, and negative belief systems.

I recently helped an Internal Medicine physician with issues that included severe digestive issues, inflammation, an autoimmune condition, childhood trauma, and several negative belief systems. She was so thrilled with her results, she started referring me to her colleagues and patients! 

What keeps me going is the results I see – there is no doubt these modalities are making a huge difference in people’s lives, and I’m just thrilled to be a part of it!

I became a Certified Life Coach, then Reiki Master, but I kept hearing this thought in my head:  “Be the YOU you were born to be (before all the programming), and help others do the same”. I agreed with this thought, yet had no idea how to accomplish this task.

Fast forward to one day when I was talking to a friend of mine, who is also a healer, about feeling stuck. She asked me if I had ever heard of the Emotion Code, which I had not. Her friend had just finished the course and was looking for people to practice on. I am willing to be anyone’s guinea pig in practicing healing modalities, so I gave her a call. She was great, the session did help me! However, the biggest takeaway from the session was that I now knew how to accomplish this thought: “Be the YOU you were born to be”.  

I immediately bought The Emotion Code book and read it on the weekend. That Monday, I signed up to get certified. Prior to certification in the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, I was steadily growing my healing business, first starting with classes, then one-on-one coaching and Reiki sessions. Once I understood the power of the codes and gained confidence using them, my business quickly flourished. Word spread like fire (and continues to spread). I have doctors and therapists referring their patients to me.

The power of asking your body what it needs most creates the beautiful transformation into optimal health physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.

I am very grateful to Dr. Nelson and his team for bringing us these modalities, enhancing our expertise through training and guidance, and doing it all at an affordable price. I try to pass these modalities on to everyone.  What a beautiful ripple effect on this planet for those who have been touched and who practice the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code.
