Last weeks tip was about disconnecting from technology, so for this week we want to reconnect you, this time with your friends! To help you out we have created a short list of tips. Before you do anything though, watch this video. It’s real interesting.
First: Make a list of your dearest friends that you cherish and just couldn’t live without their love and support.
Second: Once you have your list complete, your next goal is to connect with each person once a week for the next month. You can do this by giving them a call, going out for lunch or any type of activity you may enjoy together.
Third: Keep a journal of your experiences and how staying connected makes you feel.
These relationships are pertinent to our happiness as human beings, so make sure you give your friends the TLC they deserve! You’ll be glad you did.
