With the serious health issues of the COVID-19 pandemic, spring cleaning in 2020 has taken on a whole new meaning. Many people are trying to create a positive out of something so negative by doing deeper house cleaning and more yard work than perhaps they have ever done in the past.

Emotional healing or spiritual energy healing may be needed now more than ever. The connection between body and spirit is strong, and emotional healing can help you stay positive and calm through even the most troubling times.

Emotional Healing

It’s natural to feel negative emotions, particularly during life’s challenges. But on the other hand, holding onto that negativity and harboring toxicity is not healthy.
