Research Documents The Emotion Code’s Benefits

The Emotion Code® is an energy healing modality that was created by Dr. Bradley Nelson (D.C., ret.). This tool has been growing in popularity since his first book was published in 2007. While Emotion Code practitioners observed countless clients become empowered to heal themselves and achieve optimum wellness, the energy healing method hadn’t been extensively researched until recently. In a recent study conducted on people suffering from self-reported anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder, significant improvements were documented after using The Emotion Code. 

The first research study into this holistic healing method helps support growing literature on the use of alternative healing methods. The study is “Changes in Self-Reported Depression, Anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Symptomatology from the Emotion Code Energy Healing Modality” and was conducted by authors Yuliana Gelb, Sara Castaneda, Lenny Castaneda, and Tim Allison-Aipa. Participants were experiencing a variety of levels of severity in their mental health symptoms and had never experienced The Emotion Code before. People who met with Emotion Code practitioners reported that their symptoms were reduced in severity. This positive effect was found regardless of the intensity of their symptoms! 

The authors concluded that they would recommend The Emotion Code as an additional offering, alongside other treatments, for those seeking support for mental health issues. While more research is needed to support these initial findings, it’s exciting to begin to see data back up the many testimonials of those who have had transformative experiences using energy healing! The Body Code™ was not included in this initial study. Since it is an expansion of the methods used in The Emotion Code, we look forward to seeing more research on this method as well. 

The Science Behind The Emotion Code and The Body Code

Levels of energy in the body can be measured, in fact, that’s what an electrocardiogram (EKG) for the heart or an electroencephalogram (EEG) on the brain is reading.
