9 Healthy Ways to Release What No Longer Serves You

  1. Energy healing practices 

Sometimes, no matter how much we take care of ourselves, emotions get stuck in our bodies. That’s where our methods, the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, come in! This is a way to actively assist our bodies in processing these trapped energies. The basic steps in these processes are:

  • Connect with your subconscious through muscle testing.
  • Get specific, and find exactly what you need to release using the Chart of Emotions, or Mind Maps for the Body Code and Belief Code.
  • Determine if you need any additional information from the body to clear the trapped energy.
  • With intention, pass a magnet along the Governing Meridian of the body to release the identified trapped energy from your body. 
  • Allow time for processing and integrating the release!
