Natural Pain Relief Alternatives to NSAIDS

Many of us have heard of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs) before. The most common types are aspirin, ibuprofen, motrin, alieve, acetaminophen (Tylenol) and Celebrex. They are most commonly used for headaches, reducing fevers, inflammation, muscle injuries, joint pain, arthritis and menstrual cramps. What if there were natural alternatives and home remedies to NSAIDs? There are many herbs, homeopathic remedies, minerals, essential oils and lifestyle changes that have been shown to reduce pain and inflammation. I’m going to share with you my favorites a little later.

Listening When the Body Talks

I propose that rather than looking at the body as a collection of cells deciding for themselves what to do, that cells are more akin to shadows that simply respond to frequencies within the subconscious mind (or our energy field). If the frequency is in its natural state then the cell is also operating in its natural state. However, if the frequency is off then the cell is off and becomes a messenger to sound the alarm on that specific out of balance frequency.

Is Being Allergy Free Possible?



Nowadays, there seems to be “normalization” to the protection phase, and by this I mean that the body has accommodated to this heightened state of being, where the immune system is compromised. This can be for a whole host of reasons, and the reasons for each person’s situation are different. But in this state, there is more of a chance that the body reacts to common substances as dust, or foods etc.
