Your True Self for True Healing

Think about it, should we really expect a great working body and mind when we are burdened with emotional baggage and making choices that create imbalances? If we have no clear purpose, if we are at odds in our relationships, if we have little or no excitement about the work that we do (that takes roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of our waking hours), if we don’t exercise, have fun, eat well, and be kind to others and our selves doesn’t it make sense that our body will tell that story. When we live a dis-eased life, can we expect a body that is not?

Is Being Allergy Free Possible?



Nowadays, there seems to be “normalization” to the protection phase, and by this I mean that the body has accommodated to this heightened state of being, where the immune system is compromised. This can be for a whole host of reasons, and the reasons for each person’s situation are different. But in this state, there is more of a chance that the body reacts to common substances as dust, or foods etc.



Trapped Emotions vs Absorbed Emotions, What’s the Difference?



Under the age of about 7 or 8, children are in what is called a hypnogogic state - we are in a similar state between sleep and waking. This is the same state that is referred to as being hypnotized. In this state, children are very much like sponges, and of course there is a good reason for this.
